RIP Hickstead


Horse & Hound has reported that the fabulous show jumper, Hickstead, has died at a World Cup qualifying competition.  Article HERE.

Hickstead was a one of a kind horse, incredibly talented, ridden by Eric Lamaze.

    How sad! And yet, if he loved to jump, that would have been a fitting goodbye after finishing a great run. He died doing something he loved.

    Its funny how something so totally unrelated to you can affect you so profoundly, and leave you feeling so... empty. RIP, Hickstead.
