So yes she is lame, but just slightly. The splint is on the outside of the front leg, couple of inches below the knee. It bothers her when I touch it firmly. Trainer said they can take a while to stop hurting while they "set." It's just frustrating, as you well know:) Believe me, our riding progress will NOT benefit from her being off all this time.
